Coffee And Green Tea Drinkers May Have Reduced Risk Of Stroke

A new study published in the American Heart Association Journal stated that coffee and green tea may help reduce the risk of stroke. Green tea drinkers may lower their risk of stoke by 20% when consuming four or more cups each day, while coffee drinkers may reduce their chances of stroke by 20% when drinking only one cup daily. The study involved 82,369 individuals who consumed either green tea or coffee daily for approximately 13 years. More here
