Healthy Diet May Provide Better Sleep

New research from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine found that individuals who have a healthy diet consisting of a wide variety of foods, may have better sleep patterns than those who do not have healthy diets. Michael A. Grandner, a Psychiatry instructor at Penn State suggested that people who receive between 7 and 8 hours of sleep each night generally feel healthier. More here
