401(K) Reaches Highest Level Ever

According to a new report from Fidelity Investments, 401(k) balances hit the highest levels ever seen by the end of last year. The average, involving young and old individuals hit levels approximately 12% higher than 2011. Workers that have worked toward the same 401 (k) plan for 10 years or longer and are 55 and older seem to have a positive future according to Fidelity’s data. This group of older Americans has an average account balance of 243,800. More here
