5 Things Not To Keep From Your Cardiologist

According to a study from General Electric, 28 percent of Americans admit to sometimes lying or omitting facts when talking to their doctor. Health-care providers suspect the number is much higher. And while withholding information from any doctor can be potentially dangerous, cardiologists warn that, when it comes to heart health, misinformation can be fatal. Heart patients should be sure to tell their doctor about any and all supplements or vitamins they are taking and also if they have been skipping their medication. They should also inform their cardiologist if they have undergone tests from other doctors.
