Sometimes you have to laugh at yourself!

Below is a link to a video clip of a woman who has learned this precious lesson – to laugh at yourself. She also shows us that humor doesn’t diminish with age. Some people like to stereotype the aged as being cranky and having no sense of humor. My guess is that they didn’t have a sense of humor when they were younger either. Age isn’t the problem – the lack of being able to laugh at yourself sometimes is more likely the culprit. She makes a great point too about being “new to this aging thing”.

 Enjoy this one and remember we are all aging  —and need to be reminded to lighten up sometimes.
